What is your opinion on walking in winter in Winnipeg?

The City of Winnipeg, in a study run by faculty from the geography department at the University of Winnipeg, is “collecting information about the conditions encountered by winter walkers in Winnipeg during the winter of 2015-2016.” They “invite you to participate in providing an assessment of the walking conditions of a specific location that you have experienced” and “hope this study will help inform winter walkers about potentially dangerous walking conditions and help municipal governments make better decisions about snow clearing.”
