Harte Trail Spring Information Day
WHERE: Information booths will be located at Cullen Dr, Buckingham and Elmhurst Rd.

Walk / bike the Harte Trail – Winnipeg’s first ‘rail to trail’ route! Learn about the trail’s recent expansion through Assiniboine Forest, see the new Van Roon Gardens, check out the entire 6.5 KM !
Celebrating Art & Nature on the Bishop Grandin & Seine River Greenways
WHERE: Meet at the Northwest corner of St. Anne’s and Bishop Grandin Blvd (beside Home Depot parking lot)

Join the Winnipeg Arts Council and Bishop Grandin Greenway Inc. as they unveil a new public art sculpture at the Eco-Ed site on the Bishop Grandin Greenway.

Winnipeg in Motion will be hosting a nature walking rally with prizes to the Louis Riel St. Trail on the Seine River Greenway!

Join us for a FREE BBQ hosted by Save our Seine at John Bruce Park. Discover ‘Woody the Spirit Tree’, another large piece of public art tucked into the Bois des Esprits forest. Hear the fiddle playing of Union Nationale Metis Saint Joseph du Manitoba, check out the Red River Card and Metis riders at John Bruce Park

Brush up on your history with a tour of Grant’s Old Mill! Try your luck in the ‘Rubber Ducky Derby’, take a ‘Hike with Mike’ along the Sturgeon Creek Greenway Trail, try critter dipping and see the fish demonstration! Face painting, games, crafts and more! FREE BBQ for the first 75 attendees!
Three Hikes with the Prairie Pathfinders

‘Take a hike’ with the Prairie Pathfinders, Canada’s premier walking club, Pick one of three trails departing from The Forks and explore the surrounding areas. Learn about the hiking club and the many monthly adventures! Return to The Forks for refreshments and entertainment.
